The teacher and her assistant are responsible for preparing activities and curriculum to meet the needs of each child. Student Teacher ratio is 10 children per class with 1 teacher, 1 assistant and 1 parent. Parents will rotate as assistants to help provide quality time with each child. Each parent will be responsible to rotate one week per class each 10 weeks. (If a child is enrolled 2 days a week, the parent would rotate twice in a 10 week period.) The parent-assistant may not bring siblings on work days. Parents will receive a copy of the parent-assistant rotation schedule. The parent-assistant will be responsible for providing a healthy snack and drink on his/her work day. Parent-assistants are responsible for swapping workdays when they are not able to assist in class. Please notify the class teacher of any rotation schedule changes.
