Musical and technical arts bring emotion and expression to the heart of worship. We welcome your passion and gifts to this vital ministry. Worship Team (9:45) The worship team leads music at our 9:45 am contemporary service under the direction of our Worship Leader, Josh Stallings. The team includes vocalists, acoustic and electric guitars, bass, keys, percussion and drums. Praise songs, classic hymns, and other relevant music are arranged for a modern, guitar driven band. The team rehearses on Thursday nights.
Choir (11:10) The adult choir is open to all singers. Directed by Rob Knabel, it leads worship and presents special music primarily in the 11:10 am worship service. Practice is on Thursday nights from 7:30 pm to 8:45 pm in the Choir Room adjacent to the Sanctuary.
Ensemble (8:30) The ensemble is a smaller adult vocal group, also directed by Rob Knabel. It practices on Thursday nights from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm in the Choir Room adjacent to the Sanctuary and presents music primarily in the 8:30 am worship service.
Heritage Ringers (8:30 and 11:10) Under the direction of Barbara Davis, the Heritage Ringers regularly offer handbell music in the 8:30 am and 11:10 am worship services. The Ringers practice on Wednesday nights at 7 pm.
Praise Ensemble (9:45) The Praise Ensemble is a group of singers that serve in 9:45 worship service at least two weekends per month They rehearse Sunday nights 5:30- 6:30 PM starting in January.
Technical / Audio / Visual Teams (All) This worship team is led by Kent Vermeer and provides all audio/visual and technical services for the three worship services on Sunday morning. The audio team is responsible for the sound board and pre- and post-service preparation. The media team is responsible for worship visuals, videos, and miscellaneous audio. Others support this ministry through video editing, creating, web searching for research of Sunday worship ideas.
