Kick-Off Celebration Service (6:30-8:00 pm)

The Kick-Off Celebration involves the parade of international flags, special music, missionary introductions and our guest speaker, Rev Steve Ezra. There is a Children's Mission Program in building D.

Missionaries at Display Tables (8:00-9:00 pm)

This is a time to visit and see the missionary displays.

FRIDAY, MARCH 16, 2012

Senior Adult/Retirees Luncheon (11:30-1:30 pm)

This program is an opportunity for all senior adults and retirees to meet and have lunch with the missionary speakers.

"Grazing Around the World" Dinner (6:00-8:30 pm)

The evening will begin with the children and students having a program in Building D while the adults will meet the missionaries in the Sanctuary. Afterwards, everyone will meet in the Fellowship Hall for wonderful buffet style "grazing" to sample foods and enjoy decorations from around the world.

SATURDAY, MARCH 17, 2012

Men's Breakfast with the Missionaries (7:00-9:00 am)

Men gather for a Saturday morning breakfast centered on the missionary speakers.

Women's Brunch with the Missionaries (10:00 am – 12:00 pm)

Women meet in the mid-morning for brunch and a special women's missions program.

"Community Kindness" Outreach - all ages (1:00 – 3:00 pm)

Opportunities for families, small groups, or individuals to serve many people in a matter of hours as we reach out with the love of Christ to our neighbors and community by handing out water, dog treats, washing cars for free or delivering dessert trays to nursing home residents, fire fighters & police officers.

"Missionary Meet and Greet" Home Gatherings (7:00-8:30 pm)

These informal gatherings allow small groups to get "up close and personal" with missionaries. They are held in the home of a host group member. They include a short presentation by the missionary guests and a time of informal interaction, allowing you to ask questions and hear stories not told in large group settings. This will include desserts or light snacks.

SUNDAY, MARCH 18, 2012

Faith Promise Worship Service (normal times)

Normal morning worship services with guest speaker, Rev. Michael Mozley, who brings the message and calls for the Faith Promise commitment. All Sunday School classes will meet as normal.

Life Commitment Service/Closing Celebration (6:00 – 7:30 pm)

The Faith Promise total from the morning service is announced. The evening celebration service ends the GMC and provides an opportunity to commit to personal service in some form for the coming year. The children will also have their closing program in Building D (Infants -5th grade).
