• Saturday, February 11 – ROYAL LIPIZZANER STALLIONS – Made famous by the Disney movie "Miracle of the White Stallions", these fabulous flying white horses are most known for their rare and beautiful "Airs Above the Ground Mounted" routine. On the way home, we will eat lunch at Yoder's Amish Restaurant in Sarasota, well-known for their homemade pies. Cost: $5 for the bus, a minimum of $5 donation at the Stallion show, and lunch on your own. The bus will leave at 8 am.

• Saturday, February 25 – A DAY IN ARCADIA – One of the antiques meccas of Florida, Arcadia is a quaint town in Central Florida with 24 shops in a 4-block area and several restaurants of note.   Spend a leisurely day in this hidden treasure and don’t miss the World Famous Peanut Butter Pie at Wheeler’s Café.  This will be a full day, with the bus leaving at 8 am. and returning around 5 pm.  Cost: $10 for the bus – lunch on your own.  

• Tuesday, March 6, 2012 - ROYAL PALMS OF LARGO has extended an invitation to Heritage members to visit their Care for Life Community. Coral Oaks provides all levels of care on a rental basis and our trip will include lunch in their dining room. There is no cost for this trip.

• Monday, March 19 – 104 YEARS OF BROADWAY – Join 5 stars from the Great White Way backed by an all-star New York band to re-create memorable Broadway music from the past century.  We will eat lunch at Crispers in Safety Harbor prior to the show at Ruth Eckerd Hall.   Cost:$ 18.00 includes the show and bus, lunch on your own.  The bus will leave at 11 am.  Please note – we were only able to obtain 10 tickets for this show.

• Saturday, March 31 – FAMILY SALSA FEST – Visit the first annual Salsa Fest at the Good Samaritan Mission in Wimauma. There will be Arts and Crafts, music and entertainment, food vendors, a salsa tasting contest, and a tour of the Mission itself. This is a mission supported by Heritage and will give our members a chance to see their dollars at work. Cost: id="mce_marker" per person collected the day of the trip. Bus will leave at 10 a.m. and will plan to return about 3 p.m. Lunch on your own.

• Wednesday, April 11 – MARIE SELBY BOTANICAL GARDENS – Named one of American's Top Ten Botanical Gardens by Country Living Gardener Magazine, this trip is not to be missed. We will enjoy a docent-led tour of the gardens which specialize in orchids and other "air-growing" plants. Lunch will be on your own at the Selby House Café. Cost: $25 includes tour and bus – we will leave the church at 8:45 am. and return mid-afternoon.

• Saturday, April 25, 2012 – STARLITE LUNCHEON CRUISE – Climb aboard the StarLite Majesty Yacht for a two-hour sightseeing tour of the Intracoastal Waterways off Clearwater Beach. Order off the menu with a choice of 6 luncheon entrees , including a vegetarian choice. Cost: $38.00 includes trip, bus, meal, tip and tax. The bus will leave the church at 11 am for a noon to 2 pm sail.
